Exchange Policy
MALIVANO offers exchanges only for defective or damaged items. If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not functioning as intended, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing Info@malivano.com with clear photos or videos showing the issue.
If the defect is confirmed, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs related to sending the defective item back, unless otherwise stated in writing by MALIVANO. Replacement items will be shipped after the returned product is received or after sufficient evidence of damage is provided, depending on the case.
Exchanges are not offered for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. In such cases, customers must follow the Return Policy and cover all associated shipping costs.
