MALIVANO is a dropshipping-based online store, which means products are shipped directly from our international suppliers to the customer. Order processing typically takes between 1 to 5 business days before shipment. Once your order is shipped, estimated delivery times generally range from 7 to 20 business days, depending on your location, customs processing, and local postal services.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, high shipping volumes, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. MALIVANO is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to the supplier due to address issues, the customer may be required to pay for reshipping.

In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on supplier availability and warehouse locations.
