Return Policy

At MALIVANO, we accept return requests under specific conditions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. MALIVANO does not provide prepaid return labels. The cost of returning the product, including any customs or international shipping fees, must be fully covered by the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, excluding original shipping costs and any non-refundable fees charged by payment providers.

Items that are damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or incorrect use are not eligible for return.
